- New phone. Install the app, then sign in with your email or phone and verify again.

Scammers copy popular finance brands. Warning signs include text messages with links that ask you to "verify" your Grid account, websites that look like Grid but have a different address, and callers who ask for your one-time code. If in doubt, close the link and open the app directly. You can report phishing to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
